I got car with them, and at the beginning car was doing good, couple days later something fall down from under car, they said it's ok, and i was hearing some noises in transmission when i was pushing break pedals. They said it's ok, just need tight stronger. I don't understand nothing with cars, i got warranty with them for 2 years and paid 2499$ for this warranty, and when was coming they said go to warranty, but i even don't know name of this warranty company. Well, year later just (i bought car in 08.09.2024) and my car stopped and engine died on 09.03.2025, and also in computer when I'm plug in, it's still shows that no problem with car, AC also didn't work . When i called them and told the problem, they treated me so bad, like you already got this car, it's your and your problem . You need figure out what to do with this car. And don't tell me normal what my warranty company name. I will now cancel even my warranty. Also they at the beginning very friendly and helpful, just for sale a car, but when their broken cars customers bringing, they treat this customers very bad . And they telling me that they gave me this car in good condition , it's show now also that it's good and nothing wrong, but car is dead and you can see on the video read more

Our family been going thru hell trying to find a new car to buy. Going to car dealership after car dealership , to the point my boyfriend was just fed up and exhausted of looking and getting turned away everywhere. Till I called 1st car and Mike answered the phone and got us approved. We went schedule for a appt. I would give no stars if I could. They sold me a POS car that my long term mechanic told me it is a lemon. The day I bought the car I drove 2 blocks and had to turn back around because one of the tires was flat, they sent me down the street to where they do business with a tire shop and they told me it was the spoke and supposedly fixed it. By the time I drove home it was flat again and I called them up and they told me to go to a different tire shop of theirs the next day cause the shop they sent me to said it was last minute and they were going to close soon. I go in the next day and they said the same thing as the first shop who supposedly fixed it and that another tire was bad, they supposedly fixed that as well. Needless to say I continued having problems with the tires and just took it into a different shop I have dealt with in the past. Then about 4 months into having the vehicle the engine light comes on, brakes also needed replacement and their warranty was only for 3 months. We bought and paid for the car in cash in full. The timing is off in the engine as well so as of right now I have at least $1,000 worth of work for the engine alone and tags are due on the car right now. This car was bought for us as a gift from our sick family member who knew we were in need of a vehicle and knew we could not afford to get a car and trusted this place to not sell us a vehicle that we would have to constantly have to fix especially the first year into having it, but that didn't happen and we have had nothing but problems since the day we drove off the lot. Do not trust this place they sell crap vehicles. read more

NO STARS! 2 months into driving the car the engine blows, leaving us on the side of the road 4 hours waiting on their "awesome" (that was sarcastic) roadside assistance. Wish I had an option to give it NO stars. My first experience with them was excellent! Ali did everything he could to get my husband and I in a car! But, after having the car for the first 4-months it needed the transmission replaced. Luckily, the car came with a four-year warranty then, my check engine light came... I took it back and they told me I needed a gas cap and they were going to order it.... I called a couple of weeks later to see if it was in and .......... nothing. Now the event that lead me to the review. So, I went into the office because every damn light I have in my car is ON. Check engine light still, the air bags needs to be serviced and stable track. So, the lady in the office (who's job was only to set up appointments) advised me she was going to set me up to be seen. After asking me and telling me what my warranty covered and the deductible.. which I was already aware of after getting the whole transmission replaced. I contacted them the day of my appointment, just to see if I could reschedule.. bc I got off work later then expected. The guy that got on the phone must have thought I was a dumb ass.. instead of focusing on "what he was going to do for me" his butt was too busy telling what what I needed to do? Like, WTF? He told me they were all booked up and I couldn't be seen til Feb. 1st? SIKE! not I! Then he asked me "why i didn't call back or check to see if The gas cap was in? My question is, why the hell you didn't call to tell me it was in??" Oh, yeah... because you never ordered it! I checked back in couple of weeks later and never got a response. Then he started talking about what I should have done. Then he tells me he's not the mechanic, then why in the hell am I talking to you!!? I had forgotten I was holy and saved... I went off. After all the bullshit I had with this car, don't talk down to me! He was so condescending, defensive and rude. By the end of the conversation, my appointment was booked. I will be going in to get the car looked at two days from today and will be adding to this. I had to have a coming to Jesus conversation with the man above after I got off the phone with him.
