She was extremely nice & very professional. She scheduled the repair & followed up multiple times to make sure everything was going accordingly. From scheduling to repair everything ran smoothly. Logan F. & Candice S. were the ones assigned to fix the leak. Logan's work is nothing short of the highest quality. They repaired the leaks, cleaned up after themselves and did it with a smile. Both Logan and Candice are a great examples of how amazing employees should represent a company. I am amazed at the competency this company and their employees represent. This was an insurance claim for me and as everyone knows they can be messy, Logan actually took some time to help me understand and explain some of the issues they've experienced in the past with these situations. When I talked to office person I told her the problem with my garage door , but guys still came with parts they supposedly knew the job called for, right then I should have said forget it and called another company!! How ever I didn't and I paid $187.00 dollars for repair that lasted a few days.
