Avoid this bank at all costs or get ready to hug your patience tighter than ever before. You know that scene from zootopia with the sloths? that's this bank! You will spend an exorbitant amount of time here irregardless of why you need to visit even if it's for the drive thru ATM. Customer service from the tellers is just nothing to write home about. They are slow, rude when you get confused about forms, prefer to talk to each other & sometimes get transactions messed up (mixed up a transaction for us). I don't understand it of how there are only 2 tellers when every time I've been here the line is to the door. The employees here also don't present professionally, you'll find employees walking around with no shoes or in hoodies with the hood on. Come on, I know we are in the Caribbean and it's more "relaxed" out here but have some kind of standard! If you think you'll avoid lines by calling in with questions good luck. Earlier this year I tried to get a live person on the phone via their corporate call center (not on island) for this location and was told after being transferred over a few times "they ALL must be at lunch" everyone goes together?! Most rude collection of employees to me. I guess because i wanted to close my account because their services was not working for me. I made 1 request to begin with- "Please let me talk to someone who is polite". It went downhill from there. This is the treatment I got.
