Amazing food in a quaint setting with surrounding park and multiple other restaurants including dessert shops. If you care about eating a good meal you absolutely must come here. Go for multiple small plates, we also got the udon which was good. The chicken wings you can pass on.

it was delicious and not that expensive for the portion sizes they provide! The Vietnamese coffee was also a treat. For vegans and non vegans alike, this is a great place to eat

Fantastic food (psst...it's vegan). Place has a really strong vibe, lots of energy and a staff that handles the large restaurant well. Walked in later with no reservation and the host was happy to help me out after about 10 min wait. Wait staff is incredible attentive and food comes out quickly. There's a reason it's hard to get a reservation but it's certainly worth trying!!

Love this place! It's delicious and vegan. Well even though I'm not vegan it's good to know. We just ordered around 12 different starters for two people and than we where completely full. And we both can eat a lot ;-) The staff is nice as well and the drinks are homemade and good if you order a lemonade or juice.

All of these are delicious, especially the one on the bottom right!!!

They should have 5-stars but I have mixed feelings ever since my last visits. It is my favorite restaurant hands down in Berlin. When I worked overseas and lived nearby, I remember devouring countless dishes my first visit. The staff laughed as they watched me eat the menu over a few days. I introduced friends, who in turn, have done the same. When I had to return to the states, I was disappointed I couldn't enjoy their food regularly, but knew I would return one-day specifically for them. Therefore, I was terribly disappointed during my recent visits, after I made multiple reservations and no knowledge nor effort was made to accommodate my requests. I took my girlfriend to surprise her and on all three occasions, I felt the management could have made an effort. If I owned or operated a restaurant, and knew that guests flew in to celebrate an anniversary at their restaurant, I would make an effort to greet them, thank them for their business or at the least, show my appreciation. Sad, but true. Anyways, I love their food but may reconsider next time, maybe not. Show them some love and support the movement!

We tried all the dishes on the menu and this time I was somehow disappointed. The meals are all with added sugar for sure. So even if it's vegan, If your purpose is to live healthier this place is definitely not the right spot lol. I can't recommend the dim sums or the normal dishes. The only thing we truly love is the saitan in Zuckerrohr. The crispy tofu was also ok and anything fried with sauce seemed to be nice. But overall it was an ok experience. If you are a meat eater I don't think that you would love this place over places that offer meat options.

A must for anyone who loves good food and excellent service. The green curry and flan were both great.

Omg it's soooo good! I was here for the first time ands I will definitely come back! Highly recommend

I say this with all honesty: I think this was the one of the best meals of life! The flavors were so amazing, I wish I could've tried everything. Next time I'm in Berlin I will definitely be back. The atmosphere is so fun too, and the staff was attentive and kind. Vegan Vietnamese tapas = life

Unfortunately this place spoiled me forever, as I can't even imagine to try another vegan Vietnamese restaurant in Berlin ever again because EVERYTHING I've had here is simply amazing! Which brings me to the downside: Ordering takes me forever because I can never make up my mind!!! It doesn't help that this is like Vietnamese tapas, meaning you choose between all sorts of little dishes to share (or not). To place your order you fill out a little form at the table - good thing for the waiter, otherwise he'd be standing there forever. Since we discovered this restaurant we've eaten here plenty of times and never even made it to the "big bowl dishes" because we keep craving the incredible bowls we've already tried. Especially the Com Chien (#3) silk tofu covered in crispy green rice flakes with a raspberry chili dip and the Red Sensation 1990 drink are worth the trip... But while you're at it, you might as well try the rest of the menu as well :) #VeganVentures super approved and due to the delicious vietnamese style coffee even #KonaCoffeeGirl approved as well!

Fantastic coconut soup with nudles (unfortunately photo takwn already in the middle of eating)

An exceptional experience…read more While visiting Berlin we decided to give Secret Garden a try. This restaurant is located on the second floor of a Veganz store. Secret Garden offers an exceptional experience since the moment you walk in. The environment is quite unique, the decorations make you feel in a new place, and the environment is perfect for a date, a meal, and a chat with friends. And even though non of the dishes by themselves were outstanding, the combination of dishes made for a great experience. We tried the tofu sticks, dumplings, onigiris and several sushi rolls; I especially liked the non-"roll" dishes. All in all, if you are looking for a unique experience in Berlin, Secret Garden is a great alternative. My Criteria 5 stars: The best food I have ever had, or an excellent option given the price. 4 stars: Good food, a restaurant I look forward to trying again. 3 stars: Good food, a restaurant that I am indifferent to. 2 stars: Below average experience, will not go again. 1 stars: This restaurant should be closed.

I asked to be seated away from a table of people crying (it's OK to have a baby but you shouldn't make guests sit there). The guys that work here gave off a super macho sexist vibe. I do not recommend this place, there are better venues in Berlin. The food wasn't the worst though, but nothing to compare to stuff in California, and it's Europe.

In a word - a rather cheap burger (yet tasty) joint that doesn't try to save on you…read more Longer version (for the brave) - my late night munchies after not having burgers for a while (traveling is tough) were too strong too handle. I needed a burger. And I needed it right away. So this place was on our way to the train and I jumped right in. This place is very colorful, with strong fluorescent light, and was empty (it was kinda late on a weekday) I've ordered a chili cheese burger, which was ready just a few minutes after. Usually when you order this kind of burger they put like 3 pieces of jalapeños but this guy was putting so many of them in it, big up for that! The burger itself was pretty good, well grilled and nicely served. Sorry there's no picture, sometimes I'm too hungry and just forget :)

Friedrichshain is apparently the place to be when it comes to burger joints…read more Burgerium is located right on Revalerstrasse, across from the RAW-Gelände and close to venues like Suicide Circus, Cassiopeia and Badehaus Szimpla. The first time I went, I ordered the standard cheeseburger (I think they called it the "Mean Cheese", or some other corny name), and it was fantastic. I also got a side of their thick house fries which were also a piping hot delight. I think I spent about 7 Euros in total including a softdrink. The look of the place is very hip-hop-inspired and the staff was very friendly. Expect to wait 5-10 minutes for your order. They also serve chicken wings, nuggets and vegan or vegetarian burger. The place isn't as packed as Burgeramt usually is, but also great in it's own right. Their specials are also worth checking out; the double-jalapeño-cheddarcheese burger was the bomb.
