Design: Nice, clean, and modern in design. He personally came out to the house to get a look at the space himself. Edward worked with Asian clients before, so he had good understanding of Feng Shui and what Asian clients like. This was beneficial since most of our clientele are Asian (considering the area). He home staged 3 sitting areas, the guest room, 2 dining areas, and 2 bathrooms. Our house is somewhat awkwardly structured but Edward made good use of the space. His package also included professional photos that we could use to market our house. Everyone who saw our house was very impressed! They loved the design and asked for Edwards business card for the future. Time frame: Initial home staging and design approx 4 days. After our house was sold the buyers requested to move in ASAP. Edward was also able to accommodate for that, scheduling a pick up and moving everything out within 3 days. Price: Fair. Based on # of months, # of rooms, and the amount of furniture needed.
