Just had Rick, Jeannette and their crew paint the interior of our house. Could not be happier. Quality, service, and price were all A+. They are extremely thorough, repairing all nail pops, settling cracks, base board separations and damage from use prior to painting. They brought in a color designer to help us select the palette of colors and they did the rest. Once completed, they did a thorough walk through of all work, created a "punch list" and touched up whatever was required (not much). Would use them again in a heartbeat. Very professional, they and their crew are punctual, reliable and professional. No cost overruns, and they really leave the house in better shape than when they arrived. It's always a gamble when you hire a company you've never used. It's even more so when you're used to doing the work yourself and are somewhat of a perfectionist. We took that gamble with 12th House recently and hit the jackpot! The team, Larry, Rick, and Jeanette are all superb painters who work seamlessly as a team. We loved the time they put in to prep our large area - there was a lot of prep required! If they said they'd arrive at 8:00, they were in our driveway at 8:00. I recently opened up a new office and had my choice of using a contract painter hired by the property manager or use my own painter. What a great decision to use Rick as my choice of painters! We had 12th House Interiors paint our 1000 sq foot deck and couldn't be more impressed with their work. We had them remove wallpaper and prep two bathroom walls and also skim the entrance foyer and hallway walls to make them even and then paint the walls. They put down drop cloths and sealed off all the rooms with plastic sheeting to minimize the dust and cleaned up everyday until the project was completed. They showed up each day promptly.
