You fill out a form, they snap a photo($15), you pay $20 for the license and we were out of there in 20 mins. The store is so spacious, clean, and welcoming. She ran a few quotes and was able to provide me with better full coverage (100k Bodily Injury/100k Property Damage/Uninsured 100k & Underinsured Motorist 100k, Personal Injury 10k, Car Rental $60/day, Comp deductible 100 and Collision deductible 500. Overall, this was less premium then my Cali coverage. I was truly happy. She did not rush me or pressure me. Most recently I was trying to get an insurance policy to buy a house. The lender needed the insurance binder. After reaching the insurance agent and requesting the information I was told they would reach out to my lender and get them the information they needed. 3 days went by and no word from State Farm. My lender had even called State Farm to asking how long it would take and no one ever got back to them. I called that Friday and was told all the agents went on a trip to Oregon and would not be back until the following Monday. I called on Monday morning explaining my situation and was told everyone one busy and that they would get back to me as soon as they could. Several hours later I called again and they were all still busy. A few hours later I called again it was almost 4pm and was finally put through to the agent I had been working with. She had totally forgotten about me had and I had to start form the beginning to get my home owners policy. I no longer have any insurance policies with this office and I would not recommend this office to anyone.
