The decoration was very nice and aesthetically pleasing!! I, personally, LOVED the boba. I thought they were the perfect amount of softness. I got the oolong milk tea with boba, I'm not disappointed! I ordered 100% sweetness level and it was the perfect amount o But, we paid $10 for a small smoothie and my small tea which I think is a little overpriced. I hope this place receives more business! I figured I would leave my last review with 2 stars but since I've been asked to be more specific I will out of kindness. After making my initial 2 star review I realized that the drink was made with poor ingredients. I am a big boba fan so these drinks are nothing new to me. I was very happy to discover a bubble tea place had opened up in Waco. Upon entering, the interior is very aesthetically pleasing and the lady who greeted me and my friends was very nice. They have a large variety of tapiocas and teas and you could create several different combinations. I really liked how you could sample the different tea flavors. I thought it was very cool and definitely perfect for people who like to customize their own drinks. I however wanted the simplest thing you can get at any bubble tea shop: a milk green tea or original milk tea, neither of which they had. I ended up settling for the jasmine green tea and had them turn it into a milk tea. Although the aesthetics are very nice and they had lots of options, the milk itself was very average. However, I can't say anything about the tapioca pearls themselves because I didn't get any. I wasn't impressed by the taste at all and was expecting something much better. read more

This place is so adorable! You will love it if you enjoy taking pictures for the gram. It's not just a great place for pictures though. The staff is also very helpful. One of the associates gave me some samples to try when I told her it was my first time visiting their shop. I've only tried their rose oolong milk tea and it was amazing. The drink was a little bit on the sweeter side so I'm going to ask for 90% instead of 100% next time. Super cute place with friendly employees. I love all the greenery and the creative places to sit. However, their drinks are overpriced and subpar. The drinks are way too sweet. The milk to tea ratio is definitely off- too much tea to my liking. In regards to the organic milk tea, you cannot adjust the sweetness levels- you can only add to it. I've also gotten the Italian soda. Not worth the money at all. The tapioca drinks are much better and cheaper at Fortune Cookie Express. Two stars for the decor and friendliness of the staff. Almost 30 minute wait for one small boba tea. Like other reviews said, there were more laughs coming from the kitchen than actual product. Their customer service is crap too. They've got cute little house like cubby 'booths' that are fun to sit in. They have really nice tea, but they seem to be lacking in communication and service. I tried to order a matcha milk tea, with black tea. They gave me some blended matcha drink and I expressed when I was ordering I wanted it made with black tea and the employee said it did not come that way, so I thought they knew what they were talking about and gave up on trying to fix it. The time came for getting the drinks I had ordered and I told another employee that I did not want a blended drink and it was an error in communication. She asked if the other employee read it back to me, but I told her I didn't understand what they meant. She then said, "well they read it back to you so there is not much else we can do about it". The lady at the register was so informative and kind to me. She let me sample so many new things and even the flavors of boba tea as well. It was all so good. Teas are tasty, especially if you are DETAILED in ordering for customizations, and the prices are really reasonable for being in Waco near Magnolia (and ultra close to campus). My new favorite spot. So good! We visited for the soft opening today and the owner was incredibly nice and explained the entire menu for us. I got a honey matcha iceblend that is absolutely amazing and my husband got a blue Ocean Italian soda which was also really good. Having just recently returned from Vegas, we were craving a good boba and I hadn't visited this little place for about a year. Now, I don't know if I just was a little spoiled from having amazing boba in Vegas, but sadly this place will probably be closing soon if something doesn't change. We went in around 8pm and there was no one there, which is fine. We weren't greeted when we arrived at the counter, but we were immediately warned that they ran out of boba. Out of boba?? You mean that you're in the boba business but you run out of boba 2 hours before closing time?? Deciding to give it a shot anyway, we ordered our drinks. In the midst of ordering our drinks, our cashier excused himself about three times to go to the back and then informs us that someone had cut themselves in the back and that they were bleeding all over the place. The drinks were mediocre at best. The service was slow and inattentive and the worker's appearance or demeanor was unkempt and bothered. I won't be returning any time soon.
