Checked out the Holyoke Mall location. Had no great expectations. We just wanted a decent place to grab a bite after our shopping. We were pleasantly surprised. Our server, Kyle was very friendly and knowledgeable. Food was super fresh and made to order. Everything is done scratch so they are more than happy to prepare to your liking and diet restrictions. We did indulge with an appetizer of "totchos" which I could've made a meal on alone. Delicious! I got the chicken picatta which had all the tasty elements to it, but the breading in the chicken took away from it. But, Kyle told me I could definitely order it with just grilled chicken next time... good to know. Only complaint is that the entrees don't seem to come with any "sides" or salad.. but aside from that, everything was very good. I'll definitely revisit. read more

My husband and I went here for lunch today. I'm sure some people will like it but I'll never be back. The menu is filled with weird dishes. I should have snapped a picture of the menu. I couldn't find anything I would eat except for a goat cheese salad. I munched on a bit of it, but the only thing I liked in it were the blueberries. The goat cheese came as one massive lump. The dressing for it was balsamic reduction. I like Balsam but only as Balsamic Vinaigrette. Everything on the menu was WAY overpriced. We're getting one in Hadley. The last thing the Amherst area needs is another over-priced weird restaurant. So disappointed! I have to add that we were there for lunch. The waitstaff was very good but the food didn't meet our expectations this time around. Normally we love this place. I ordered the kale Brussels salad and the quality of the salad declined from when I have ordered it in the past. My friend ordered the Cajun salmon dinner. The waitress said it was grilled, but unfortunately it appeared to be pan seared with oil instead. And her side of brussels sprouts were not cooked fully. We have come many times and never had an experience like this and hope it doesn't happen again in the future. read more

We've been to the 110 Grill in Haverhill and we were excited to visit their new location closer to our home. We had the turkey burger, the "cure" burger, and the crab ragoon dip. Both burgers were very large and tasted delicious. The dip was equally delicious but I felt the chip to dip ratio was a little off and we had way more chips than dip. Our waitress, Gillary, was friendly and professional. Our meal was well paced. We did have to wait awhile to be seated, even at a somewhat unconventional eating time between lunch and dinner. I thought the hostess could have been friendlier. Overall though our experience was exceedingly positive and we will be back. read more

This is an update. The restaurant was quick to address the issue. They sent a gift card which we used. The food was Delicious as it was before. And no problems at all. I had to stop at The Apple store on Tuesday. It was lunchtime and I decided to grab something at The recently opened 110 Grill. This is the chain's first restaurant in our area. The experience would definitely see me return and tell friends as well. I was warmly greeted and my server, Madison was attentive and very enthusiastic and you could see she loved her new job! That's why I made a point to remember her name. I ordered the tomato soup and cheese sandwich. Madison offered me some bread while waiting. I was going to decline as I will have bread with my sandwich. I figured I'd taste it just to see what sort of bread they'd serve. Unfortunately, it was delicious. Slightly warm and crusty with a hearty but soft texture and served with a generous cup of seasoned (garlic) butter. It was worth the extra WW points. The tomato soup was the best I've tasted and the cheese sandwich was far from ordinary, using goat cheese as part of the cheese blend. While this is only a small sampling of what they offer, I assume if they can make this so special, other items will be an adventure to try. Conclusion, a wonderful server, Madison, great food, equals a five star recommendation from me. Best of luck to the 110 Grill. Hope you remain here in Western Nass for years to come. read more

Second time coming to a 110 Grill. The 1st time was at another location but both places were great. I had the steak and fries each time and it was cooked awesome...like mine well down, no pink. My wife always orders some chicken plate of the menu wherever we go but each time weve been to the 110 Grill shes gotten a beef dish. Meatloaf and steak tips and after trying hers they were great too. The menu does very abit so don't think its just steaks...my son had fish and chips one time and pork chop another. read more

The food was delicious! My steak salad was excellent, and the chicken Caesar salad was great. This was a nice surprise to find such a great restaurant in the middle of the mall. Our first time at a 110 Grill. We were seated promptly, but wait quite awhile for a waitresss. Finally, she asked for drink order. I requested a Von Trappe Dunkel. Had to repeat it and was then asked how I wanted it on ice or neat. It is a beer. She came back, they do not have it but offered me an IPA instead. I said no, please give me a Back East Porter. She thank you I will be back with your porter. 10 to 15 minutes later, after I had finished my glass of water, she came back and said she will be back with my beer. When she arrived, the glass had a cloudy yellowish liquid in it. It was hard cider. I said nothing figuring there was no sense at this point. When our food finally arrived, it was lack luster and my wife's dish was not very warm. Mine was warmer but was mediocre. I do not expect to patronize them again. read more

Since we have food allergies we often eat at, and enjoy, 100 Grill. However, this location really stood out for its food and service. Not only was our meal delicious, but the waitress, kitchen and manager obviously worked carefully to assure our needs were addressed. The staff was noteworthy for being especially friendly and personable. We are already planning our next trip to Springfield to allow us to eat here again. read more

Had dinner here today and WOW..beautiful atmosphere and great customer service..Erin was our server and she was very nice and pleasant to speak with..we started with rolls with made from scratch garlic butter, fried pickle chips and firecracker shrimp all were amazing crispy not soggy like most restaurants and cooked perfectly..everything is made in house and from scratch here..I had the fish but instead of fries had the mashed garlic potatoes and the fish was fresh and super crispy and light batter..my fiancé had the chicken Picatta gnocchi which was flavorful and oh so good..we were to stuffed that we didn't have any dessert even though there were some great choices..next time. My wife and I ate at the 110 Grill at the Holyoke Mall recently. The food was very good, as it has been in past visits that we've made there. We have never been disappointed eating the the 110 Grill. Plus, all employees wore masks - unlike some of the few establishments that we have been eaten at in past months. And our server - Meghan T. - was TERRIFIC! She was helpful, attentive and a joy to talk to. I'd recommend this restaurant for shoppers and the public. A nice addition to the Holyoke mall, which now seems to be more focused on entertainment than shopping. I've been twice and the food has been good on both occasions. It's normal American fare with some updated twits, which make for a fun dining experience. Things are made fresh in house and to order, which I definitely appreciate. Nothing is mind blowing, but it's all done well. I rate 4 stars instead of 5 because my second visit was on Mother's day, and while I give restaurants a lot more leeway on busy holidays, too many mistakes were made. Some orders came out, some didn't, missed drinks, long waits between courses and some other issues as well. Management did try to fix the mistakes, but probably should have at least comped something from the bill. I would definitely come back to try them again when they're less busy, though. My wife had dinner there with a group of friends. Her 62 dollar credit car slip hit her bank at 272.00. Multiple calls to the restaurant to resolve have received no response to correct. Very unprofessional. Now we have to dispute the charge at the bank and it will take up to 30 days to clear. Won't go back. Went to this place with my wife Saturday 9/28/19 to meet some friends, have dinner, and then go to one of the escape rooms. My friends made a reservation for 6:30, we got there a bit early so we are told to wait at the bar until whole party arrives. Everything is good to this point, but went downhill quickly. I'd like to preface this review by saying neither I nor my friends are food snobs or demanding customers. In fact, one of my friends and I worked in restaurants for several years together and understand the difficulties of kitchen management. So....we get to the bar and sit. And we wait, and wait, and wait. No one came by to say, "Hi, we are busy and will get to you soon." Nope, not a soul for the solid 5-10 minutes we sat there. Alright then, friends arrive and we get seated. Server takes our drink order, a couple sodas, a mixed drink, and a Sam's October Fest. The sodas come out relatively quickly. However, we did not receive our mixed drink and beer for 20 minutes! In the meantime, the server did take our dinner order and inform us that the kitchen is running slow so it will take about 40 minutes for our food to be ready. Cool, thanks for letting us know. Server never brought, or offered, dinner rolls or even water. For dinner we ordered 2 pulled pork mac & cheese, 1 med-rare steak tips w/ green beans, & 1 baked fish with broccolini (sp?). The first dish comes out, pulled pork m&c. Ten minutes later, the second dish of pulled pork m&c arrives. Five minutes after that, the steak tips and fish arrive. Completely unacceptable! Now, for the food. Med-rare steak tips are well done, not a hint of pink....totally cooked through. The green beans and broccolini were only half cooked, literally. It was like they nuked the veggies and did not stir them halfway through. The pulled pork m&c was supposed to be pasta and cheese sauce topped with pulled pork. What arrived was microwaved pasta with what appeared to be chunks of baby bell cheese thrown in. Not a cheese sauce by any stretch of the imagination. The food was edible, except for the raw veggies, but nothing that could not be made better at home or picked up as a prepared meal from the local grocery store. Being a mall based, chain restaurant, I was not expecting an awesome dining experience. However, I did expect a meal and experience that would parallel the 99, or Ruby Tuesday. The 99 and Ruby Tuesday far exceed 110 Grill in all aspects for a fraction of the price. My friend that made the reservations was asked for a review by the reservation service. She provided an account similar to the above, and was contacted by management that they would reach out in an attempt to resolve the lingering effects of this visit. Surprise, they have not reached out yet. I feel like i just ate a meal at a real life Higher Steaks (Lodge 49 reference), and that is not a compliment. I have been informing all my family and friends to stay away and spend your money elsewhere and will continue to do so. You have been warned, dine here at your own risk. read more
