I went to dinner here yesterday with some friends, they had been there before and talked very highly of it, this was my first time. The clementini was a little pricey, but certainly worth it (picture below) I started with the lobster bisque and WOW! Good chunks of lobster in it and a very good flavor, just needed salt in my opinion, but that is just personal preference (did not get a pic of that) and then the main course was a shrimp and lobster risotto, which was a special. Again, a little pricey but great portions and lots of seafood (picture below) My friends got the swordfish and the steak tips, I tried both and everything was amazing! I saw mostly good reviews so I gave this place a chance. I should not have. I made a reservation through their website and when I got there, the hostess had no idea about the reservation. She sat us, and we were waiting for 15-20 minutes for assistance. I am not joking when I say at least 4 servers walked by us multiple times without making eye contact. I finally got the eye of one server and she came over to take our order. Then our food took forever to come out, and my turkey burger was very overcooked. The rest of our food was pretty good, but in my opinion very overpriced. Our server was nice and fairly attentive but overall this was a very bad experience. We will not be back. read more

Sat down for lunch and ordered waters, a margarita, and a coke. Staff was super pleasant but all of the drinks tasted really off, like strong pool water. I was afraid to order anything else or swallow the water. It affected even the cola order. We asked for the check and ate elsewhere. Went here tonight for the first time. Sat at the bar, because there was a line at the entrance for a table. Was impressed by the bar staff's friendly and professional demeanor. Gin and tonic was perfect and arrived a few minutes after ordering it. Off to a good start. Sadly, it all went down hill from there. I ordered a Steak with chimichuri (sp?) sauce and a garlic mashed potato. ($26) After waiting upwards of 45 minutes for it to come out, I was disappointed immediately. The presentation was clunky and messy. The steak was a bit over cooked. I ordered medium rare and this was more of a medium. The taste of the steak was fantastic. However, it was not hot. Some bites were not even warm. I told the bartender and she comped me a second drink as an apology for the kitchen's incompetence. I do not think I will be returning. Horrible. We are used to going to the 110 in Chelmsford Massachusetts so we thought we try the one closer to home because we love the one in Chelmsford so much. With that said it was horrible. Well... let me say that Anything negative I write here is Only because they were Severely understaffed. It was our first time here, so I suppose it Could have been unexpected? But as we waited many minutes on line to get seated, a woman behind me said " it's Always a long wait for the Hostess". One woman waited on line, and left. The Hostess was helping out other workers on her way back to the podium. The bartender, Rich, was our Server. He was nice. Some tables got cleaned after a delay. We had to ask for bread just as our food came. Some other tables got it. Some didn't. The manager came out to help deliver food to the tables. Everyone was helpful to each other, and we didn't have to get back to work, so it was okay. It was nice to see workers cooperating instead of complaining about each other. The food was very good. And it was a great value for the price. You saw the height of the burger! My meal was Very filling and the gnocchi was light in the mouth. I would come here again. My first time here. Staying at the Fairfield Inn nearby and thinking I want a step up from Applebee's, but understand this is a mall restaurant. Just want you to know my expectations were not out of the park. Sat at the bar. Bartender was severely overworked and had to wait so long for attention, the couple next to me actually took pity on me and gave me their menus. Ordered a Stella Artois. Came out promptly. Took a very long time for her to return and take my food order. Ordered a french onion soup and salmon. She asked how I wished the salmon prepared, I said medium rare, saying I wanted to see pink but not red. She suggested medium. I agreed. Next thing I know my salmon comes out, delivered by someone other than the bartender. I say I had a soup coming, salmon disappears. Soup arrives, but I have no napkin to place in my lap. (spoon arrives with the soup). He gives me several cocktail napkins. I never get a place mat like other diners. Bartender comes over with setup (knife and fork rolled in a napkin, I order a red zinfandel and a glass of water. Get a white zinfandel and a glass of water. She's so busy never checks back, I drink the damn thing. Finish soup, she comes by and takes it away. Probably fifteen minutes have now elapsed and she says, "are you still waiting?" Yes. Yes I am. She comes back saying they're preparing me a new salmon and it will be a few more minutes. Momentarily she comes back with the salmon. Well done. I wouldn't be surprised if it were the original dish. All I can say is Meh. It wasn't horrible. It wasn't great. But it was $50 before the tip, and I could have had a whole lot better. And it took 2 hours. read more

Everything is excellent about this restaurant, but what's most important to me is that their gluten-free food is actually gluten free! Please understand that most of the restaurants that advertise gluten-free options don't actually take the necessary precautions to avoid cross contamination and, as such, the gluten-free food you're buying actually contains gluten! I have a hunch that the management of 110 Grill either has celiac disease or loves someone who does, because they take providing safe, gluten-free options seriously. read more

Worst service ever. It was not just my server. I watched all the servers and it was terrible. Server was no where to be found, you'd ask for something and she would forget, brought the wrong drinks over multiple times. Food coming out of the kitchen was so slow. Only positive thing was the food was good when it came out. The burgers and fries are good. Small sides of fries. BBQ chicken nachos were good, but the BBQ sauce was so sweet. (I know that is preference) the picatta gnocchi were good. The salads were good. It took us over 1.5 hrs for dinner for four and the restaurant was not even busy. 110 Grill is usually good. Other than the cook forgetting to not add something to my bestie's dish that she specifically asked for them to leave off (it was her bday dinner), it was pretty good. For highlights the wings are very good (we all shared for an appetizer) and bestie had a cup of their Potato soup...which tasted rustic (that's a good thing though!). Apparently all of their sauces have soy, while the waitress ran around, trying to figure out what else could be put on my tacos, my husband was halfway through his meal. so they box the tacos for me to take home I decided I didn't want them. They were sparse with the fish containing mostly rice.( I've never heard of rice on a fish taco.) they still charged us $18 for the tacos on our bill. So, this was our first visit to 110 Grill and I have to say that we really enjoyed the food, drinks, atmosphere and most of all our waitress Alison aka (Ally). She was very knowledgeable, pleasant, patient and very accommodating. Her bubbly attitude made our dining experience a lot of fun. She knew the menu and answered any questions we had without hesitation. All our food was better then we expected. Our table was located across from the open kitchen area where you can view the chefs cooking, and preparing the food. We highly recommend this restaurant and more so make sure you ask for Ally's section. And make sure if Alison is not working you ask for her partner in crime Amber. So, I have to say that our first restaurant experience in Massachusetts is a 5 star!! We did at first second guess ourselves being it is in a Mall but definitely did not disappoint. read more

I've been to a few different 110 grills multiple times and it has been one of my favorite places to go, however trying this location out was a disappointment. Our lemon waters came with no lemons. Bread and butter was not complimentary served so it made the wait for the food seem way longer. A meal came out lukewarm so after a few bites it became cold and unenjoyable. However, had the wait staff came around to check how everything was it could've deterred this review but that did not occur until the end of the meal. read more

It was good, but I would've preferred the fries hotter and the steak more evenly cooked. The waitress was very nice, but didn't offer to fix my food. However, the atmosphere was nice. read more

This was my second visit to 110 Grill at the Ingleside Mall in Holyoke Massachusetts. My companions & I found the atmosphere quiet and relaxing. Our waitstaff was friendly and attentive. We sampled lightly battered, fried pickles for the first time. Our meal selections included a house salads, chicken wings, fish and chips, shrimp scampi, and another house salad topped with trout. Heard the food was good here, so we made a Mother's Day reservation. The reservation was 1:00 pm and we got there on time. There were a few people ahead of us and the restaurant looked crowded. Despite the crowd, we were seated once we mentioned our reservation. We were ready to order our food and our drinks at the same time. Mother and I ordered bloody Mary's and my dad and sister got water. The bloody Mary's came within about 10 minutes. Let's just say our food took about 55 minutes if not an hour. We received bread about 40 minutes into our wait. When we finally did get our food it wasn't horrible. The worst looking thing on the table was the chicken and waffles. The steak and cheese sandwich had a larger than necessary roll, but I was told it tasted good. Mother got a frittata which she said was good. I was still hungry after my brisket sliders. Good thing there was still bread on the table after I finished! Let's just say this wasn't the worst experience I've had food wise at a restaurant, but because of experience, I don't think I'll be returning...at least not on any major holiday. read more

Decided to visit here out of convenience leaving the mall and got the classic burger to go. It was ready within 15 min, prepared exactly as requested and was delicious. The meat they use was fresh and cooked to perfection. The quality of supporting ingredients also helped elevate the experience. They have a separate gluten-free menu and we're very accommodating to my allergy. I love that they labeled my dishes with an "allergy" toothpick. Very nice staff. Our waitress (Bonnie M) was very friendly and helped us when we were stuck choosing what to order. The hostess was very nice also. Food was delicious and made just as it was ordered. Burger was juicy and scallops were like butter, not grainy or tough at all. I made a reservation and was in within 5 minutes or so from our selected time. I was nervous when I realized it was in the mall(I googled nearby restaurants) but it did not seem like a "mall restaurant". Seating is very close to other tables. If you need room to stretch or are paranoid about the whole 6 feet distancing, I would definitely ask for a full table instead of a half booth read more

Crispy lightly breaded and mild sauce. Asian noodles, beef stroganoff, fish and chips and burgers. Everything was delicious and plates were clean. The burger was made medium well and Swiss cheese was just oozing out. the fish and chips crispy and so flavorful. Perfect portions . The fries are thin fries and also crispy. Comes with tartar sauce as a very small dish of cold slaw. The stroganoff haze chunks of steak and mushrooms with a very creamy sauce but my husband said it tasted funny and I reminded him they were gluten free noodles. He also had the apple desert which was amazing no ice cream. Other allergy! The Asian noodles looked great but can't say anything because I didn't taste them and according to my friends they order it all the time. My husband and I have been to two other 110 Grills and are not impressed with this one! We ate at the bar, with wait staff and kitchen commotion! Wait staff was chatty and a disturbance! My husband and I ordered the Cod, and it came and was very disappointing! My husband ate his medley as is! The amount of Cod was like $1.00 worth of fish, We questioned whether the potatoes were real mashed potatoes and my green beans were not el dente, they were raw! The bar tender took it back and ordered a whole other dinner! One half hour later when it came, it was great!
