Besides that, the store was clean and quiet. My appointment was 1PM - 4 PM. Only two people were working at that time--the two owners. Tbh it was the first time I saw a hairdresser do everything himself--all the preparation, cut, perming, washing, etc. The limitation of staff resulted in lack of attentiveness. Even if your face shape is not the same as the model in the photo, she would adjust the cut so that you could have the similar or better outcome that suits you. But when Amy cut my hair short (above shoulders) my hair grew beautifully even when it already passed my mid back. I just came back to her to get my hair colored. She trimmed my hair, got rid of the damage parts, gave me an awesome scalp massage and shared tips on how to style my thinning hair. She managed to hide it until i got in the car & at that point, i needed to be somewhere at a certain time so I couldn't even go back to complain. I've had many stylists make mistakes & not apologize to me before I leave the chair, which is so infuriating.
