Honestly; I disliked finding out the grim truth of corporate trucking. Even was feeling stretched out looking into small businesses for work because I felt abused as an honest worker. I loathed the idea of trucking in every angle till here: Perserverance is their main goal. They are very personable and reasonable. It feels to good to be here and it hasn't changed in time. I am finally now thankful to love my job. I am a respectful driver and a sociable guy and feel like I fit in. I am unjudged, treated with respect and drive a truck they actually care for too. Even with me being a little on the clean side truck maintenance I don't find an issue. I love to share comments given to me about the company from shippers and consigners with my company because I feel like this team effort and it isn't just me doing this. They feel good about their job hearing it relayed. My planners keep me as busy as I want and get me home when I want without stressing you to stay on the road and feel guilty. I don't get less miles being a family man in a healthy relationship I aim to keep alive. I don't get special treatment; this is them. They actually care for the team if you help their day being easier as well. read more
