Our experience was nothing but short of 5-star service! We had Anthony as our server and he was the best. He came over to our table with a warm smile and we knew we were in good hands. We celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary here tonight. Highly recommend the filet, asparagus and for dessert the raspberry sorbet. Management was excellent. We went for their summer special. I got the prawns (4 very large) and my friend got the she crab soup which had a uniquiqe presentation. We both got the filet mignon which was cooked perfectly and very tender. We liked the ambiance and the service was very attentive. read more

We had a reservation for 6, they got us right sit and no problem. Our waiter was wonderful and seemed happy to be there and knew a lot of the menu. We had three appetizers which were pretty good. ( oysters, grouper cheeks - which had very similar sauce to the bang bang shrimp from bonefish grille, and the octopus) 4/6 of us got the prime rib for our main meal which was Dijon crusted. You can't really taste a huge Dijon taste. We get prime rib at any steakhouse when we see it on the menu. This prime rib was not worth the price in my opinion. It was cooked to perfection but just not your normal prime rib. The au jus had chunks of onions in it and reminded me of French onion soup? Not your normal prime rib taste at all. The ambience is amazing, if we return it will be for happy hour probably not a dinner. Still giving 4 stars just wasn't a huge fan of the prime rib which we came there for. read more

Racking my brain for what to do in Jupiter, celebrating a birthday and wanting to do something after making chocolate down the street at Tasty Chocolate and before hearing a great band play at Guanabana's while being the foodie I am... I tossed and turned about picking this restaurant. Why?! Because, quite frankly, when I read reviews... I read all reviews.. and? Even though the menu looked absolutely delicious (thank goodness for a Yelp post two days prior to my reservation making)... the reviews on Yelp were 50/50. However, I went with my gut and I am so extremely thankful that I did. From speaking with Brianna on her last day, to Natalia and then Stella... the hostesses were amazing, guaranteeing an amazing view of the lighthouse to an amazing chocolate cake that was no longer on the menu to our esteemed waitress, Jessica who was an absolute gem... from sharing with us the difference between dry aged and wet aged meat... to being extremely attentive... they really do have an amazing staff on hand. The dishes were divine, service stellar... couldn't ask for a better restaurant to celebrate in. Thank you, 1000North! read more

Good food and good service. The restaurant is beautiful; I particularly like the bar area and the patio. The wine list is pretty extensive and features some excellent wines, although the up charge from retail pricing is pretty significant. I love getting the burger, which I believe is on the bar menu, but you can order it even if you're not sitting at the bar. We've also ordered steaks, sides to share, oysters, and the salmon and everything has always been perfectly cooked. I always wonder why people complain / remove stars due to prices - if you're dining at an upscale restaurant, paying a premium is to be expected. I think this restaurant is pretty much on par with other fine dining places in the area. Sure, you can get a great meal and good experience for less $$ elsewhere, but 1000 North is still a worthwhile visit. If the price tag is a major concern, but you would still like to check this place out, go early and order a drink and share a few small plates while sitting outside to enjoy the views. Took off one star because on 2 separate occasions we went with a larger party (6 - 8 people) and had specifically asked to be in the main dining area, but we were put in an area toward the back with little to no ambiance. It didn't even feel like we were in the same restaurant, and since it was decently busy (but not packed) we sometimes felt as though we had been forgotten about - slow to get menus, order drinks, get the check etc. In the future I think I would just book if I know it's going to be a smaller group. read more

This place is phenomenal. A meal here will cost a pretty penny, but there's a reason for that. Recently my fiancé and I went to 1000 North to celebrate my birthday and the experience was no less than wonderful. The service is great, the food is even better, and the ambiance really ties the experience together. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu, but we went with the petit filet and the prime rib (pictured below). They even brought out a little dessert plate to celebrate. 10/10 would dine again! read more

Incredible service, food and atmosphere. We sat outside under the tent and by a heater, which was perfect for a cool evening. We were celebrating the last night of our honeymoon and it was delightful! The steak was perfect and maybe the best I've ever had. This restaurant is not what it used to be. The last time I was there I thought perhaps they just had an off night, however after tonight I will not be going back. Their signature hay roasted oysters far too salty, the topping far overpowered any chance of tasting oyster. The overpriced wagyu filet had an odd flavor which none of us could place? So sister date night we went to @1000.north and when I tell you we were not disappointed. The food, the service the ambiance was stellar. So I kick of the night with a Gin and juice cocktail that was infused with lavender and lemon . That was soooo good For appetizer I went with the chef recommendation of the jumbo lobster ravioli. Next I enjoyed the Chilean Seabass with shrimp cooked to perfection. @monet_avery had the crab cake. And when I tell you that was the best crab cake I have had in a long time. Get this they topped it off with a cornbread crust and some black eyed peas and fried okra. @taye_taye77 had the filet mignon cooked just so right. It was sooo juicy. She loved it, I didn't get to taste it cause you know your girl don't eat meat like that . I recently ate at 1000 N for an anniversary and had a fantastic time. Both the food and atmosphere screamed luxury from the rooftops and o can't wait ti return. The food was worth the price point because its not just a restaurant...no no...It is an experience of the highest caliber. Additionally, Im not sure of she still works here..but I was recently helped by a young lady named amber. She was so thoughtful and really set up my night for success. Very nicely decorated, service was acceptable. We took the waiters advice on the steaks. We both wanted hot pink center and the waiter said to order them medium. They were not pink, solid brown all the way through. (6oz filet) Our daughter also had a filet, but hers was barrel cut and was pink. Hard to send two steaks back for being overcooked. read more

We were very excited to come here because it's Michael Jordan's restaurant. We love his tequila. We hoped he would be here, but of course he is not. I had heard about this restaurant and since we were staying nearby at the Wyndham Grand for a friend's birthday I took the opportunity to make us a reservation. There were 5 of us on a Tuesday night and we were lucky enough to get Annalie (sp?) as our server. She was super sweet and very knowledgeable about the menu items and their ingredients. They have a large wine by the glass menu and craft cocktail list. There is also an iPad full of wine by the bottle that you can choose by region, varietal, etc Everything on the menu looked amazing so we decided to share. We ordered the rock shrimp and lobster risotto and the street corn ceasar salad as appetizers. The caesar salad was amazing! The mix of tastes and dressing made our mouths super happy. The risotto was nice with lots of shrimp and pieces of lobster but not a lot of risotto. My friend ordered the artichokes as her main. They are covered in crab and so delicious with a butter sauce and a remoulade on the side. For dinner we split a ribeye and a filet and ordered the potato puree, brussel sprouts, and Mac n cheese for our sides. Steaks were perfectly prepared and split in the kitchen. The sides were all equally fabulous. They brought out a birthday dessert with a chocolate layer cake and an indescribable capn crunch cereal ice cream wth crumbles presentation that we are still talking about. Finished it off with a few Shot in the dark martinis and a capuccino and we all agreed this was the best meal we have all had in a long while. We are now making plans to return. I could not stop thinking about this meal for the next 24 hours. It was the most delicious meal I have ever had! I was so excited to dive in to the food once it arrived at our table, that I forgot to take a photo! But listen to me when I say - GET THE CRAB SPAGHETTI... AND ANOTHER ROUND OF BREAD! Yes, they bring bread to the table and yes, it is the most delicious bread I've ever had. The crab spaghetti was loaded with lumps of crab meat and TONS of flavor! They do not skimp on the crab meat nor the flavor. We also had the Grilled Market Fish (Yellowtail Snapper) which was also incredibly flavorful and delicious. The only reason for 4 stars is because my favorite server wasn't working and the rooftop bartender doesn't make a good balanced spicy marg. First one was way too spicy and second one was too strong. Visited 1000 North for My Husbands Bday for the first time and this amazing gem on the water did not disappoint at all. The service from door to table was exceptional. The staff were young, polite and super attentive. Waitress came to our table shortly after we sat down and offered us a drink menu along with small bite suggestions and the rest was history. All I have to say is the bread and creamy potatoes WOW!!!! The steaks were above and beyond. Cooked to each of our liking. The chocolate lava dessert was such a masterful explosion of flavor! We went there for our anniversary. Staff treated us well. Had special which was 2 courses , added wine pairing and one desert. Food was excellent served as ordered . At times, wines that were to be served with each course were served a bit late. Half way done when wine arrived. Desert was amazing. One was more than enough for two. So why is this review only a 3? The restaurant had the ambiance of a bus station. First table offered was next to kitchen, 2nd table was next to a table that was so noisy, could not talk at times even though we were at a table for two. Table was similar to that of a fast food joint. Final analysis great food - no atmosphere, if you are looking for a romantic place to eat, forget it!!! read more

If this place was an outback charging outback prices then it would get high marks. For what 1000 North charges, it was extremely mediocre. If you wanted anything including refills of Water, you had to flag someone down because nobody came over to check on the table. Great service should be mandatory at a top tier steakhouse. Capital Grille, by comparison, has attentive service and better food for a similar price. My 68 dollar lobster pasta featured, chewy, overcooked, lobster and soft mushy fettuccine. My 8 year old likes his burger medium so we ordered it that temperature except it came out very very well done. Although Michael Jordan is an owner this place is more like the Randy Brown of high end restaurants. read more

This restaurant has been on my must visit for months. I arrive to valet parking only!! Don't worry it's complimentary, tips are welcomed. The building is absolutely beautiful with the most magnificent view of the lighthouse. The decor and ambiance screams elite in ever way. I ordered a vodka and soda from the outside patio bar which is decorated with a chic nautical feel that's lined with sofa chairs, tables and fire pits. The bar was operated by 2-3 bartenders, very nice, attentive and friendly faces. The bar isn't that large it sat about 15 ppl. Overall nice. I ordered $15 vodka soda!!!! Yep nothing special and for my meal; $25 prawn cocktail with sauce ( which came with about 4 prawns) holy hell!! There wasn't a happy hour menu just the patio menu; which I wasn't impressed with!!! To top it off the prawns weren't that great either- they were dirty!!! For $25 you would think they would be amazing... nope!!! The dinner menu seemed ok but nothing that I was dying to try. I would definitely come back for A DRINK!! The location and ambiance was super nice. I'll try the dinner menu just because but I wouldn't hold my breathe for a wow factor because prawns are super simple and if those weren't perfect!! It makes me wonder. The place was packed with an older, country club type of patron inside the restaurant. I think only the cool kids sit on the patio!!! The duo "Pam & Dave" provided three sets to cover this time with on-point and entertaining playlists and at a volume which allowed conversation. They have their menu set up as level one ( appetizer) level 2 etc.I had from level 2 which was the artichokes stuffed with crab meat. There was plenty of crab meat. They didn't bring me a bowl gave us the bread notice that I was struggling putting my eaten artichoke leaves and she brought me a bowl ,she filled my water she was spot on compared to the waiter he was a robot . The burger was ok, definitely won't blow your socks off, I wouldn't order it again for $24. The waiter forgot to bring our ketchup for the sweet potato fries and they got cold after waiting so long. He did the right thing and removed them from our bill and brought out a replacement serving. The Greek salad came with grilled shrimp and it was fantastic- especially enjoyed the fried chickpeas.
