Spreading papers out and getting bills and other things under control is important. Expansive has afforded me a nice option to have seclusion away from home so that I can get work done without distractions. The 4-story garage on the property is very convenient. There is never an issue with parking and that is a big deal in Downtown St. Pete.

The offices here at Space Lab are beautiful (and quiet), the amenities here are first rate, Bobby (the owner) is can-do, organized, and friendly. Coworkers are friendly. The building has food trucks on Thursdays. Right now (Sept, 2024) there's construction in the building (can't hear it) so it's a little hard to find in the offices in the building but it's absolutely worth the effort. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place.
