They initiated the construction on space I rented AFTER I rented with no prior warning to members. Spreading papers out and getting bills and other things under control is important. There is never an issue with parking and that is a big deal in Downtown St. Pete.

The offices here at Space Lab are beautiful (and quiet), the amenities here are first rate, Bobby (the owner) is can-do, organized, and friendly. Coworkers are friendly. The building has food trucks on Thursdays. Right now (Sept, 2024) there's construction in the building (can't hear it) so it's a little hard to find in the offices in the building but it's absolutely worth the effort. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place.
