lured me in with promises of future services with alleged discounted payments which had to be paid up front. After the first visit was done not much was really done. They were clearly way, way understaffed on my first visit, which I guess will be my last visit, and they only allow appointments for your second visit on tight scheduled specific days and very specific hours. So my first visit was horrible. As long as I waited to even be acknowledged when I first arrived and stood at the counter looking around for someone to check me into my appointment which I arrived 20 minutes early for so I could fill out the paper work. now they have collected all my private medical data and I received no notices. And they even after they finally came to the front desk tried to charge me another $49! as if I hadnt already paid online in advance before I could even set the appointment. I called and tried to schedule an appointment, and I guess they are already overbooked, and likely understaffed as I called in advance and wasn't given a call back. and after I was rushed out of there on my first visit before Christmas they promised to follow up with me to schedule a second appointment but I never heard from them. So I am going to call and request a refund. And I expect they are going to pretend like they earned the $49 that they jacked me for with promises of future services and future messages. This isn't medical care its quackery! I have been to dozens of chiropractic offices in my life and by far my experience here is the worst I have every had!!! AVOID at ALL COSTS! ALL about the MONEY. Also they obviously don't care about veterans, I don't recall if they made me disclose my veteran status. All they cared about was getting paid I guess. read more

I will start with my back is a mess with that being said I have been to a lot of different chiropractors (between moving and doctors retiring I have seen a few). Dr. Suzzane and the entire office is AWESOME. The minute you walk into her office you feel taken care of. They take the time to understand what's truly going on rather than just jumping into it. She sits down and goes over the game plan to reach the goals you both decide on and then you get into it. I do not recommend utilizing this location for Veterans services through community care. The massage therapy staff is inexperienced with submitting RFS paperwork and lacked effective communication, resulting in significant delays in care--lasting several months. Only giving a star because I have to in order to leave a review. I do not recommend this place. They will try and come back after years of not going there and never receiving one bill in the mail or any form of communication that we still were being charged. After my husband told the front staff he could no longer go there due to cost. The front staff never said anything. Cut to 3 years later with no services my husband gets a random email he owes 3000 dollars. Luckily he still has his contract that clearly states you will only pay for services you receive. But now we are stuck dealing with lawyers about this whole thing instead of them following their own contract. We have a legal service we pay for that is handling it! read more

I've been coming here for the last 9 months. They have provided me with a treatment plan that has helped me tremendously with my back pain and my neuropathy . WARNING!! If you are a Veteran and were sent by the VA, or you support the military and those who served our country, PLEASE, do not go here for care. They are really amazing people and do great care, but if you do not upgrade or buy the services they offer they will not help you to continue care. They only care about profit, and money. I begged and pleaded for them to extend my care with the VA, but because i didnt buy the almost 2,000 dollar package they never followed through and they swore that they called the VA to extend my care but they didnt. Hello, I wanted to take a minute to talk about my care at 100% Chiropractic in Monument. I have been receiving care and adjustments from them since 2020, and could not be happier. I retired following a 24-year Army Career. Additionally, I am a 100% disabled veteran - with severe injury to my cervical spine and lumbar region, in addition to having three joints replaced. Dr. Susanne Blair Rodgers is the Franchise Owner and not just a Chiropractor but a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC), and has been the primary person overseeing my recovery. My service in Combat Arms MOSs (Special Forces, Infantry and Combat Engineer) has resulted in having pain from my head to my toes, and the only relief I find is through this practice. I receive regular adjustments and massages with them, and as Sue recently showed me in a scheduled review, my posture and physical health has improved while under her care. I was contemplating neck and back surgery prior to 2020, but with this care it is no longer required. Sue and her husband have also dealt with and navigated the Veterans Administration System, so I can proceed with care at this office. Much of it is covered (paid) by the VA. No other Chiropractic Office that I have dealt with in more than 40 years of care has done as much for me, or interacted on my behalf with a government agency. Sue comes from a Military Family and understands active duty and veteran's needs.
