I had never been to a chiropractor before...and I'm glad that I read the other reviews here, before deciding to go back to 100% or signing any contract with them. This place is basically set up to give you a quick crack, and keep you on the hook forever (with a long term contract). Maybe that's just a minor tweak that some people need. But if you have an actual back/neck/spine issue go see a real chiropractor. Yes it is a scam! Be very careful!! I cancelled services in January and im still being charged. I called them multiple times and all they say is that they are working on canceling it and I still have to pay for it. I refuse to pay for services I cancelled three months ago. I am still being charged and I get calls everyday about late payments. I told ally financial that I cancelled back in January they say I still have to pay. If you use this chiropractic pay per visit. Stay away from this place, they give you X-rays, and basically shame you for the way your spine looks (even though everyone is different), then they push you to file for a line of credit to start. All this before my insurance approved 20+ visits. They are borderline predatory. I dropped them after I realized they just rush you through a quick back pop for 30 seconds, then send you on your way. My areas of concern were forgotten on the second visit. Also had a stretching session with a therapist that was very awkward, and a sub par experience in general. I cancelled weeks ago and my refund had not been sent, the office manager won't respond to my emails. Do yourself a favor and go to an actual chiropractic office. Im fairly new to CO. and haven't been to a chiropractor in 2yrs. This establishment is absolutely adorable with the friendliest of staff/owners. It smells delightful, is very clean and decorated for the holiday. Check-In was a breeze and they saw me immediately. They walked me through a questionnaire to better understand my individual needs, took ex rays as well as set a follow-up appointment. It was a breath of fresh air to feel so welcome!! The front lobby area is filled with an aroma that is overwhelming. Nauseous. Instagram promotes $21 for a three visit adjustment. My appointment was at 8:30 am -then told I had to come back around 2:15 pm for an adjustment. The vibe was literally a sweat shop. I liked the doctor, did not like the 1st appt of going in and then have to come back for a 2nd to discuss issues or get 1st treatment not how they advertise. I also did not like Office manager did not have paper work ready day of. Waste more time to go over paperwork to come back for another visit and being forced to sign agreement liens etc. Yes i had an accident but dealing w the lawyer on my own. I also asked how much a session is never got an answer. No response to emails sent. Instead i get a call for my lawyers information for them to ask him information but wouldn't answer my questions or tell me why they need to talk to lawyer. If i have my own insurance and or willing to pay out of pocket why should i have to go through all the headache of paperwork. Seems they want to put major lien without disclosing costs. The doctor is a really sweet lady. However I would highly suggest getting a second opinion before you jump right into their plan of $5000. It was not right for our situation and I'm glad we got a second opinion. A 16 year old child does not need 72 adjustments in a year...and 3 times a week. I also question how the adjustment was done. It was completely different somewhere else and higher results. I left this office completely overwhelmed feeling like I was going to fail my child if I couldn't afford this plan. So I just want people I know their plans aren't completely necessary. I've been to a handful of Chiropractors and Dr. Merchant know her stuff. Very experiences and intuitively accurate with her adjustments. Highly recommended. They take insurance too and often have pre-negotiated rates. You can do single visits or packages. Worth trying out to see if it works for you. read more

I signed up for their membership for adjustments. While going in for adjustments they had a promotion running for 4 deep tissue massuage for additional money. I paid in full for the package. I had to cancel my reoccurring chiropractor membership and was told I could use my remaining massage anytime. I called today and was told I did in fact have one remaining massuage, but was told I had to hold while she was scheduling me. Another lady came back on the phone and said she needed to audit my account and would call me back. Once she called me back she told me I could not longer use the massage because it was cancelled with my chiropractor membership. I told her it was a separate package I paid in full for and was told I could use at anytime. She told me I would have to pay. read more

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. They are scamming you out of your money. They are charging me AND my insurance company for services I never received. They put a $5000 loan over my head and told me that I have a degenerative back (I am a young and healthy athlete and have NEVER been told this and have received chiropractor care my whole life). When I tried to cancel my loan they said they'd help and promised to call me back. 2 weeks passed and no phone call from Donna. When I called Donna said she hadn't gotten around to it and would call me back. Weeks passed and still no call from Donna, meanwhile I'm still paying for a loan that I don't need and for services I haven't been receiving. I put in a claim and am still fighting to cancel this loan and get my money back that I'm forced to pay since Donna refused to help me. Take your service elsewhere. read more
