We needed dog friendly plantings and some old bushes and a tree removed. Barrett was very knowledgeable on what would work and had suggestions on varying the colors across the yard. I found all of the staff responsive to detail, polite and very hard working. Barrett kept us informed through-out the project and we even threw him a few curves! We had a very large tree come crashing down on our patio and within one day they had it all cut and cleared away. We are very happy with the results and plan to call again for some additional changes in the future! Kathy G.

I interviewed 5 companies regarding removing a large broken fork of my mulberry tree. I decided to…read morego with Cincinnati Arbor Services because the owner spoke most knowledgeably about my tree's damage, and the action that needed to be taken. I definitely made the right decision. They don't use any mechanical lift -- all the work is completed by one man in the tree and two on the ground. But they knew their craft well. The "man in the tree" deftly climbed to the break from another tree, kept safe by a series of ropes held by the "men on the ground." They worked well, efficiently, and safely. Even though a huge section of a branch hung high over my neighbor's yard, they were able to cut it from my yard and swing the branch safely away from their property and back to my yard. They were polite and inviting (I wanted to watch and takes pictures, and they invited me to a safe spot), and cleaned up both my yard and that of my neighbor's carefully. They ground up the branches on the spot, and, at my request, left the mulch for my garden. My only concern was their own health -- they weren't wearing ear protection to guard against the hyper-powerful and hyper-noisy chipper. But all told, they did a quick, efficient and safe job with excellent teamwork and friendly customer service!!

They were also $200.00 less than the other two places I called.

She mulched, transplanted some things, trimmed back the bushes, and put down tarps to keep the weeds in check and prevent the poison ivy from coming back. She is big on using natural methods rather than chemical fertilizers or herbicides, and she gave me a neat tip for using coffee grounds to keep the ants away. She also pointed out the leaks in the gutters weren't helping, which got me off my butt about fixing those. She prefers lower maintenance landscaping rather than the elaborate Home and Garden approach, which suits me just fine.
