Three people from three different cultural backgrounds huddled themselves together in the Esterhazygasse and created an architect/design-practice bureau.
Chieh-shu Tzou, Gregorio Santamaria Lubroth, and Maria Prieto Barea put their heads together to create design, which can be appllied on a de-territorial, global level.
Their approach to each object is handled individually and doesn't show resemblance to each other. One doesn't get the feeling, that they are using a theme-template for every work.
Space, finance, light, environment, material, location and identity... each of these factors plays an important role to them and they are treated with care to merge them all into collaborating strategies.
Their dedication towards their work sometimes even makes them work outside their official time frame.
So it is hard to put them in any kind of "design-drawer" as they are able to easily re-invent themselves to cope with different situations.
