I passed my closed circuit exam from the first attempt and on a rainy day!!! 2. The office staff Orin and Galit are very friendly and easy to deal with 3. The motorcycle instructors at Morty's are amazing, they really are what makes Morty's a great motorcycle riding school. What's great is that each staff member has their completely different personality than the other, and they are all great instructors, funny and respectful. They WILL all be tough on you, otherwise you will never learn. They WILL never take shortcuts and make you risk your life ( driving a motorcycle is nothing to be taken lightly), and if needed they WILL NOT let you go on the road or pass the course until they are sure you are apt to ride. They let me on the road right after the 16 hour block but I decided to take extra lessons before going on the road as they showed me how important it is to stay safe, before anything else. This might not seem like a big issue, but it DRAGGSSS on the amount of time that you are in driving school because it books up so quick. You are waiting minimum a month for an in car. Also on the theory calls, the Morty's Rep (Alex) is such a pain. I would go to any other school just to avoid her. She is not understanding at all and you will make the smallest thing she doesn't like and she will kick you off the call costing you 50$ and making you redo the class. If you see her in your call RUN.

The instructors aren't just focused on getting the student to pass the test, but make sure the student is confident, and becomes a safe driver for life. I decided that I would invest in some additional practical classes close to home to try and get my confidence where it needed to be to really nail my exam. My first six hours behind the wheel were spent with Ali whom I'm convinced was born a driving instructor. That guy has the patience of a saint and is just generally a pleasure to learn from. I owe my confidence and skill behind the wheel to him. I followed up the first six hours with a three-hour session with Mr. Rashid (the owner) where we drove to the Dorval SAAQ to run through everything that could go down for my exam. I highly recommend getting this three hour crash course (no pun intended), as Mr. Rashid was super helpful and definitely got me in the right head space for my exam. You'll be happy to know that afterwards I passed my exam on the first go, with several really positive comments from the examiner on the quality of my driving. Thanks Safa! I did not take any of the theory with this school, since I had done it elsewhere, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone needing the full SAAQ course. I docked one star because there are some serious inconsistencies between instructors when it comes to the basics of driving: I think that they could work on ensuring that the same message is being communicated across staff, but that's really my only gripe. Oh also, the Rashid family was consistently a delight to work with throughout this process. You guys are great at what you do.

I was at a previous driving school before transferring here and in the other one, they did not match my availabilities and did not give me time so I was finishing 1 phase every 4 months or so.. In Destination, I immediately finished the rest of my driving (Phase 3 and Phase 4) only after 5 months! They are really efficient here and respect the time of their students. Prices were reasonable and they made sure I was ready for the test. Would highly recommend West Island Motor League to anyone looking to learn how to drive. Doing the classes online was definitely hard but the instructors made them so much fun and always make sure they are keeping you engaged in the subjects. My favorite instructor was Candice she never panicked or made me fell nervous and always kept me focused on the road but at the same time made me feel les stressed. Candice made sure my day was going well, there was never a dull moment in the car we were always making jokes and laughing or listening to music. I'm still waiting on a playlist she said she would send me. I would highly recommend this driving school to everyone and it shows why it is the best Driving school in west island.
